Muffin Break introduced its latest muffin flavour featuring Ruby chocolate.
The bakery chain’s latest Valentine’s Day offering, Ruby Choc Muffin, is made in partnership with chocolate manufacturer Darrell Lea.
The new chocolate variant is made from Ruby cocoa beans found in Ecuador, Brazil and Ivory Coast, which is said to have a natural fresh berry flavour and ruby tone.
Ruby chocolate was invented by Belgian-Swiss chocolatier Barry Callebaut.
