Gelato Messina introduces Wonderbao's new gua baos range

The range includes Roast Pork, Beer Battered Fried Chicken and Fried Tofu gua baos.

Gelato Messina has announced that they will be featuring a new gua baos range created by the bao concept Wonderbao for their Messina Eats February edition.

The gelato chain will feature Roast Pork, Beer Battered Fried Chicken and Fried Tofu gua baos. Roast Pork goes with pickled carrot, daikon, cucumber and hoisin sauce, whilst Beer Battered Fried Chicken also has pickled red cabbage, curry leaf and nyonya mayo. Lastly, Fried Tofu has okonomiyaki sauce, nori, pickles and togarashi spice.

XO fries with pork floss, spring onion and sesame seeds will be available as sides and will also bring back their mango pancake for dessert.

Gelato Messina currently has 17 stores across Australia serving a variety of ice cream flavours. Meanwhile, Wonderbao is located in Melbourne offering baos such as da pork bao, nai wong bao, fried silky tofu gua bao and ice cream bao.
