Gelatissimo launches limited-edition dog and human friendly gelato

The vegan-friendly item is available across the brand’s 46 stores.

Gelatissimo announced the launch of its limited-edition human and dog friendly gelato: the Pawesome Peanut Butter

Also vegan-friendly, the new item is made fresh in-store with peanut butter and soy. The gelato, however, is not suitable for dogs with a history of pancreatitis or for anyone, human or canine, with known food allergies or intolerances.

“We did a lot of research to make sure that this flavour is 100 percent dog and human-approved so our customers can share a bit of fun and deliciousness with everyone - even their furry family members,” Gelatissimo CEO Filipe Barbosa said in an announcement.

To celebrate the launch, Gelatissimo is throwing a brunch event for customers and their four-legged friends at Bodhi, at Cook & Philip Park in Sydney’s CBD on May 18.
