Gelatissimo launches the Gelato Brookie
Gelatissimo unveiled a new gelato sandwiched between two brookies.
A mix between a brownie and a cookie, Gelatissimo’s brookies are rich and chewy, made with real couverture chocolate.
Guests can customise their selection and choose from one of Gelatissimo’s range of flavours available to make their order. They can also add to their brookies a cookies & creamgelato for that extra hit or keep things classic with a salted caramel filling.
The Gelato Brookie is now available at Gelatissimo stores nationally.
