Burger Project celebrates Chinese New Year with limited-edition Peking Chicken burger

The item is available from 4 February to 31 March.

Rockpool Dining Group-owned Burger Project has announced the launch of their new Peking Chicken burger in celebration of Chinese New Year.

The burger is made up of free-range crumbed chicken, salted chilli, cucumber and a layer of house-made hoisin sauce.

“Our limited-edition burgers showcase top-quality, Australian produce while representing different cultures through unique flavour combinations. The Peking Chicken is Burger Project’s take on a Peking Duck pancake,” Rockpool Dining Group culinary directory Neil Perry said.

The menu item will be available 4 February to 31 March.

The Burger Project currently has 12 outlets across Australia. The burger chain serves ranges of beef burgers, chicken burgers, mushroom burgers, ‘burgers in a bowl’ shakes and sodas.
