Michel's Patisserie holds "Who's Your Favorite Teacher?" giveaway
The bakery chain is asking consumers to head to their Facebook page to nominate their favourite teacher to win a Christmas hamper.
Michel’s Patisserie Managing Director Alicia Atkinson said as a mother she can relate to the hard decisions when it comes to buying a teacher’s gift.
“As a busy working mum I don’t get the time to handcraft gifts for my children’s teachers, but I still like to get them something personal that they can enjoy or use over the school break,” she said.
“It is important to remember teachers do not expect a gift, most are happy with a handwritten card or note and will appreciate anything that is given to them. Some great gift ideas include stationery items like a nice notebook, gift cards, a coffee voucher, scented candle, a bunch of your teacher’s favourite flowers or something sweet for their entire family to enjoy.”
Michel’s Patisserie’s new range of Christmas offerings are suited to parents who are searching for food related gifts for teachers.
“We have developed a new Christmas range aimed at busy mums like me, who are looking for the perfect Christmas gift,” Atkinson said.
“The new range includes favourites like our homemade Gingerbread House, and new Chocolat Christmas Pudding, Chocolat Berry Pavlova and Chocolat Indulgence Surprise Cake.”
