Paul Hogan to file lawsuit against Grill'd for copyright infringement

The actor has pursued legal action against the burger chain for its use of his quote from Crocodile Dundee.

According to 9News, in papers filed by Hogan in the Federal Court, the actor accuses Grill'd of making false or misleading representation and that use of the quote is not endorsed by him or his company Rimfire Films. Hogan is seeking an injunction to stop the restaurant using the cutlery sleeve and damages for breaching the Copyright Act.
