WOWCOW to open new store in Newtown

There will be fundraising for Oxfam Australia as part of opening day on March 17th.

WOWCOW will celebrate the launch of its second super chilled yogurt and dessert lounge with the ‘Going for Gold’ for Oxfam campaign. WOWCOW will accept gold coin donations while customers get free yogurts.

Funds raised will be used to purchase cows for communities in developing nations. WOWCOW, which has been fundraising for Oxfam Australia since the company’s inception, said to date it has purchased 36 cows. Founder Carl Harwin is hoping that the ‘Going for Gold’ campaign will see the number doubled.

WOWCOW will open at 280 King Street in Newtown.
