World’s first flying tray soars in UK-based sushi chain
Will other stores come next?
According to a report from Digital Trends, UK-based sushi chain, YO! Sushi, has launched the world’s first flying tray.
The iTray is an airborne device, able to deliver food to tables faster than the average and more traditional human waiter. A member of the staff, with the use of an iPad, controls it. The staff member stands as the device’s pilot, guiding the tray to the customers’ table.
The introduction of the iTray is part of the brand's launch of their new rice burgers.
