McDonald's reacts to hygiene issue

A statement said they are very disappointed.

Below is the statement from McDonald's in response to a recent fine for hygiene breaches:

We were very disappointed that these incidents occurred as we take great pride in delivering top food safety and quality. These cases were regrettable and inconsistent with McDonald’s Australia’s track record. We took swift action to work with the restaurant and immediate actions were taken. We know our customers have high standards and we want them to know that we take these matters extremely seriously.
