McDonald’s Innovative Staff Reward Campaign... they’re lovin’ it!

McDonald’s to reward staff member with trip of a lifetime.

McDonald’s has announced the launch of an initiative to reward their staff for demonstrating passion and excellence in their role, giving one of them the opportunity to win their ultimate trip.

The programme, called ‘Dedicated to Enjoyment’, has already whittled down the potential candidates to 3 finalists, who have each created short videos showcasing their McDonald’s story together with their personal dream. In a move reminiscent of The X Factor, the videos have been posted online at www.mcdonalds.com.au/careers/enjoymentbonus with the public being invited to vote for their favourite. The candidate with the most votes will then be announced on March 19.

“The Dedicated to Enjoyment initiative is an exciting way for us to show our crew how much we appreciate their efforts and reward them for their hard work and dedication to the McDonald’s business, with an opportunity to fulfil a personal aspiration,” said Melissa Roseworne, McDonald’s Director of Human Resources & Training.
