Across two levels of new KSD1 building.
Domino’s Pizza Enterprises is currently finalizing its fit-out of 2, 513 square meters across two levels, in the recently opened KSD1 commercial building. The new commercial building, located at Hamilton Harbour, boasts five levels with an area of 6,500 square meters.
According to Pat McMichael, Domino’s Chief Development Officer, the company will move its headquarters, national ‘test kitchen’ and 140 staff to Hamilton Harbour from Albion.
“We’re excited to be moving to a brand new office at Hamilton Harbour. As we continue to expand our operations and bring key functions of our business in-house, we need additional space and better amenities to cater for our expanding team,” said McMichael.
The KSD1 building was developed by joint venture partners, Leighton Properties and Devine Group, which features a highly contemporary façade and is complemented by a new retail, dining and lifestyle precinct at ground level. Moreover Mark Gray, Leighton Properties Managing Director, added that the building presents a vision to create a new style of business environment within an iconic mixed use development.
“KSD1 offers a sophisticated workplace, all the local amenity of Hamilton and its surrounds, as well as proximity to both the Brisbane CBD and Brisbane Airports,” said Gray.
