A spokesman for Yum confirmed that both parties agreed not to go ahead with Monday's proceedings in favour of having an early final hearing of the full case which has now been set down for September. The parties also agreed that the existing franchise agreements will continue pending the outcome of the case. The court also ordered both parties engage in mediation.
