Judge rules mediation for Macca's, protesters

Victoria judge reveals decision on Macca dispute.

According to a report from Inside Retail Australia, McDonald’s, and a group of protesters were ordered by Victoria’s highest court to go to mediation.


The fast food chain had a dispute between a group of protesters who are against the brand’s plans for restaurant at Tecoma.

Justice Emilios Kyrou came to a decision on Friday, 20 September 2013, to refer the issue to a mediator before 12 November 2013.
