Chris Mavris to step down as CEO of Soul Origin

He has been with the company for six years.

Soul Origin CEO Chris Mavris has announced that he will be stepping down from the company.

“After six wonderful and challenging years at this great company, I have decided to take a different direction with my career. Having overseen the growth of the company from 2 stores to the most recent opening of our 107th store, I feel we have achieved what I challenged myself to do and more, so now is the right time to pass the baton onto someone else,” he said in a LinkedIn post.

The outgoing executive said his last day with the chain will be on 30 June.

“I believe we have developed a strong and respected brand in a dynamic marketplace through an inner belief of what is possible with a good team and a clear vision. My single-minded drive and inner belief in the brand and people was what ensured its success,” Mavris added.
