Western Australian restaurant Chicken Treat flies to Sydney

The brand has more than 55 stores in WA.

Western Australian restaurant brand Chicken Treat is opening its first branch in on the East Coast in Sydney.

The opening of the restaurant is part of the brand’s plan to open 33 stores around the country in just 18 months. By June 2023, Chicken Treat expects to add nine stores in locations across Australia, each will be locally-owned and operated by a member of the Chicken Treat community.

Chicken Treat has been a WA favourite since 1976 with more than 55 stores throughout the state. Now, after years of planning and delays due to COVID, Chicken Treat’s expansion plans are being realised.

The first East Coast restaurant has opened at Eastern Creek in Western Sydney this week. Crows Nest on Sydney’s North Shore will open its doors in mid-December.
