RFG gets a boost with 2 new big bosses

The company’s management gets a shuffle.

As part of Retail Food Group’s growth strategy, the company announced that they would be strengthening their management teams for their QSR brand systems.

The new General Manager position has been added to the company’s management structure to better facilitate the expansion of its two QSR pizza chains, Pizza Capers and Crust Gourmet Pizza Bar in the coming years.

“We know that there is a growing market for premium and healthy gourmet pizzas with a trend forming for consumers asking themselves where the food from their QSR’s is being sourced and how it is being prepared.

“RFG is the leader in the gourmet pizza market and we feel that we are in a prime position to take advantage of this trend by increasing the number of Pizza Capers and Crust outlets and expanding our digital channels,” said Gary Alford, RFG Director of Franchise.

Former Crust Gourmet Pizza Bar Marketing Manager Nicholas Brill will be filling in the new position of General Manager for Crust, while new recruit, Peter Jones has been appointed as Pizza Capers’ new Managing Director.

“We are confident that the new appointments will consolidate an already strong leadership team for our QSR Division that will be able to play a pivotal role in the strategic growth of the Crust and Pizza Capers brands,” added Alford.

The company also announced that Chris Churchmichael will remain as Pizza Capers’ General Manager, and Michael Rose will still be the Managing Director for Crust Gourmet Pizza Bar.

In addition, Michael Logos will continue to head the company’s QSR Division, as its QSR Divisional Director.
