Madame Nhu to open in Surry Hills

The soft-opening is on 14 December 2012.

An announcement said this is the Group's second venture using the Madame Nhu brand and the fourth restaurant for Colonie Group Founder, Minh Nguyen.

Named after South Vietnam's controversial First Lady from 1955 to 1963, Madame Nhu specialises in Vietnamese street food and also offers original Asian-inspired cocktails and Asian beers.

"As I have personally designed Madame Nhu's menu, drinks, branding and interiors, patrons will get a complete and authentic experience through my eyes,” said Nguyen.

The new store is located at 82 Campbell St, Surry Hills.

Plans are already underway to roll out more quality bars and restaurants next year under the Madame Nhu and Xage brands.
