Lord of the Fries opens sixth store

At least three more stores are set to open in 2012, including one in Sydney.

The Melbourne-based QSR has opened its latest store on Brunswick Street in Fitzroy, and it’s the first of Lord of the Fries’ chain to be licensed.

In an announcement Lord of the Fries said that the restaurant features a retro, American diner-style fit-out designed by architects ‘Russell and George’, who have created store concepts for brands such as Crumpler and Thurley.

In addition, LOTF has developed a new specials menu in conjunction with local bloggers. The new store also has free Wi-Fi, seating for up to 30 people, and the features of LOTF’s quick service kiosks.

LOTF co-founder Mark Koronczyk said they are steadily branching out across Australia, with 2012 as the year of growth for Lord of the Fries.
