Jamaica Blue will see ‘surge’ of new outlets
The next two months will see a surge of new stores from the café brand when it launches six new local cafes.
Operated by The Foodco Group, Jamaica Blue would then own more than 160 global outlets in seven markets, including Australia, New Zealand, China, the UAE and the United Kingdom.
Jamaica Blue National Brand Manager, Drew Eide, said that Foodco's well-considered, strategic and focused approach to expansion as a key factor of Jamaica Blue's ongoing global success.
"With a constantly evolving retail operations and marketing strategy to ensure Jamaica Blue remains relevant in each of the markets in which we operate, the fact that we thoroughly research and understand a market before we enter it is paramount to the ongoing global success of Jamaica Blue.
"Unlike our competitors, Jamaica Blue will not enter a new market simply for the sake of presence. We will enter only with a focused strategy for long-term success that is based on a sound knowledge of the market.”
"We work closely with regional license partners on the ground of each international market and all Jamaica Blue café staff members receive thorough training to ensure that they deliver a level of customer service that is fitting of the Jamaica Blue reputation,” he said
"A tailored menu offering that suits the customer-base of each individual café is also a key point of difference of Jamaica Blue, as is the variety and uncompromising quality of seasonal-fresh ingredients used in Jamaica Blue's classic dishes with a twist; and our award-winning coffee is of course one of the main drawcards that keeps bringing our loyal customers back again and again.”
This month will see local Jamaica Blue cafés opening its doors in Richmond NSW, Erina NSW, Moore Park NSW, Mt Ommaney QLD, Toowong QLD and Karrinyup WA.
