Get a glimpse of Fasta Pasta's new food court style outlet
It’s the brand's first ever food court style restaurant.
The Italian franchise opened its first food court style restaurant in Rundle Place shopping centre earlier this year. The brand reported that the new concept store is proving to be a success story, and is hoping to open more.
Frank Taddeo, Chief Executive of Fasta Pasta, commented, “We weren’t sure how customers would react, seeing Fasta Pasta out of its usual standalone restaurant but our customers have voted with their feet—and their verbal feedback has been fantastic too.”
Mike and Dave Porcaro, franchise owners of the Rundle Place store, also shared that they saw the opportunity as one that should not be missed.
“We were confident a food court style restaurant could—and would—work. It’s the same value for money, quality food and service that you get at any Fasta Pasta restaurant, but this time it’s in the heart of the Adelaide’s busiest shopping strip,” said Mike Porcaro.
The brand also reported that the new store was able to serve 1000 customers during its opening day, and sales have been well above budgeted figures.
“The success of our Rundle Place store will change the way Fasta Pasta is perceived and open up tremendous growth opportunities for the future,” added Taddeo.
The Fasta Pasta Rundle place store is open from 8am weekdays for breakfast and sells the full menu throughout the whole day.
