
Galadari Brothers ink launching deal with Baskin-Robbins
200 stores slated for opening.
The two brands have formed an agreement to enter in a joint venture to triple the presence of the Baskin-Robbins brand in Australia. Galadari Ice Cream Company (GICC)—parent company of Galadari brothers, and Dunkin’ Brands Group Inc. —parent company of Baskin-Robbins, aim to open 200 more stores across the country in the next 10 years.
It has been agreed upon that GICC will be responsible for handling daily operations for the brand in Australia, while Dunkin’ Brands International will maintain a twenty percent stake in the new venture.

The Galadari Brothers Group was founded by Mr. Abdul Rahim E Galadari and Mr. Abdul Latif E Galadari. It is a business conglomerate in the United Arab Emirates, which operates in various sectors that include retail, automobiles, heavy equipment, industrial trading, media, engineering, hospitality, and real estate.
