
Domino’s Pizza inks $235m deal to take over Japanese market
They are looking to increase earnings by 15 per cent.
According to a report from The Sydney Morning Herald, Domino’s Pizza Enterprises has made a deal to take over Bain Capital Domino Hong Kong, the brand’s sister company based in Japan.
It was reported that Domino’s will be spending more than $235 million in this take over, agreeing to buy a 75 per cent stake in Domino’s Pizza Japan.
The brand is hoping to increase earnings by 15 per cent in the 2013-14 financial year, and launch an estimated 80 new stores across the globe.
