This is the restaurant’s first step in its expansion plans which would see several branches open in Australia and New Zealand in the coming years.
Opening in later January, the restaurant offers plant-based cuisines for a more healthy food choice for Australians.
Founded in 2014, Copper Branch has over 50 locations in markets such as the US and Canada.
