Bucking Bull opens in Baldivis

The food chain now has 14 stores in Western Australia, and 35 nationwide.

Dean Vella, Aktiv Brands Executive Director, said that the recent opening reflects the brand’s continuing dominance in the WA market.

“There is now a Bucking Bull in nearly every major shopping centre destination in the Perth region,” he said.

“This is the birth place for the brand, and a region where we have experienced a great relationship with our customers for over 15 years now, and the momentum isn’t slowing down anytime soon.”

“Our menu is what we like to call ‘slow food, served fast’. Our roast meats are slow cooked for up to 12 hours, which results in phenomenal flavour and tenderness,” Vello said.

“The slow cooking of meats is a massive food trend at the moment, but we’re proud to say that we’ve been refining our techniques since 1999.”

The Baldivis store has also debuted the brand’s new Signature Range menu, incorporating their classic roast meats in new flavour combinations.

“The Signature Range presents customers with a premium flavour experience, combining our famous roast beef, pork and lamb and showcasing them in truly innovative products.”
