Pie Face reveals 2 new initiatives for franchise partners
It focuses on multi-store ownership and ensuring profitability.
For the past twelve months, Pie Face has implemented several initiatives that are centered on ensuring profitability at store level and the option of becoming multi-store owners.
“Our focus remains on doing everything we can to ensure that our franchise partners are profitable, whilst also putting in place incentives and concessions that allow them to realise their entrepreneurial goals of becoming Multi Store Owners,” said Sal El-Houli, National Retail Operations Manager of Pie Face.
In keeping with these objectives, the brand announced two new initiatives that franchise partners will be able to enjoy.
1. Operational Compliance & Positive Same Store Sales
• From February 2014 to June 2014 (inclusive), stores that meet the relevant rebate criteria for operational compliance, will now receive a 4% food rebate (capped at $450 per month) calculated against food purchases.
• From February 2014 to June 2014 (inclusive), stores that achieve Positive Monthly Same Store Sales Growth will receive an additional 4% food rebate (capped at $450 per month) calculated against food purchases.
2. Reduction in Up Front Franchise Fees for Multi Store Owners
• 1st store- Standard Franchisee Fee Schedule
• 2nd store- A 28.5% reduction against standard fees
• 3rd store and beyond- A 57% reduction against standard fees
• The training fee will only apply to the first store and is not chargeable for subsequent stores
