In just 8 years Sumo Salad has firmly established itself in the QSR space.
A combination of a unique offering and a cheeky, light-hearted marketing campaign has them well placed to reach their goal of 200 stores in Australia. It has not been without its challenges though, as competition and margin pressure have forced them to be innovative in how they do business.
