Zambrero appoints Robert Massalli as head of operations

The company is also redeveloping its marketing strategy with Alex Deakin and her company BrandCents.

According to a release, Zambrero has made two new strong additions to the team with the appointment of Robert Massalli, with 18 years at McDonalds including senior national operations positions, now heading up the operations arm of Zambrero. Zambrero also are now redeveloping their marketing and brand strategy with the ex Global Marketing Manager, Alex Deakin and her company BrandCents.

Robert will be heavily focused on strengthening and continuing to increase the operational efficiency of Zambrero in order to achieve continual consistency of the great taste and products that Zambrero customers across Australia.

Robert’s appointment is an important one with Zambrero growing to 18 stores by the end of October after only having 2 stores 2 years ago, This expansion includes Zambrero’s first stores in the WA market with stores in Leederville and Mount Lawley set to open in late August and September.

Alex Deakin, after working in many senior marketing roles within the QSR industry will provide strong insight and ongoing strategic direction for the positioning of Zambrero, essential for the aggressive expansion plans in the coming years.
