‘Say I “dough” instead': Domino's offering free pizza for couples who have postponed their weddings
The competition ends on 28 May.
Domino’s is offering free pizza to 100 couples that have had to postpone their nuptials due to COVID-19.
To enter, those interested are told to go to this website and tell them, in 250 words or less, when and where their wedding was supposed to be and why pizza would “help to cheer [them] up.”
The competition ends on 28 May.
The light-hearted campaign comes months after the pizza chain created an exclusive pizza-shaped engagement ring and helped two pizza lovers get engaged.
“We know that pizza can’t solve all the world’s problems, but if there’s one thing it can do, it’s brighten-up a bad day,” Domino’s Australia and New Zealand CEO Nick Knight said in a media release. “We want to give those who have had to make the emotional decision to postpone their wedding something to smile about and remember during this difficult time.”
