McDonald’s US sales drop 1.4%

Is ‘overcomplicated’ menu to blame?

According to a report from Business Insider, McDonald’s reported that its Q4 sales in the United States reflected a 1.4% drop.

The brand believes that the decline in sales was due to an “overcomplicated” menu that presented numerous Limited Time Only (LTO) products that overlapped with each other.
