Domino's and Precision Tracking ends fight over GPS Driver Tracker

Both parties have agreed to cease any actions of opposition of a four-year dispute. Domino’s and tech company Precision Tracking have announced that they settled their long-running legal battle over the GPS Driver Tracker Technology.

RFG appoints Peter George as new chairman

George was recently appointed to the board of directors last September 25 as non-executive director. The Coffee Club to debut in Vietnam

The coffee chain has plans to open 100 stores in the country for the next five years. The Coffee Club’s operator, Minor Food, has announced that they entered a joint venture agreement with the private equity firm Vietnam Investments Group to bring the coffee chain in Vietnam. This will be Minor’s fourth brand for their portfolio in Vietnam, following the launch of The Pizza Company, Swensen’s and Thai Express. The Coffee Club has 400 outlets across Australia, New Zealand, Maldives, Seychelles, Thailand, Indonesia and United Arab Emirates. “This is a great step forward for The Coffee Club as it makes its first entry into Vietnam.
