Essential Brands Group launches Fruizee

Fruizee is a fruit flavoured soft serve that is not dairy based and contains no gluten.

Soft serve ice cream has seemingly been around for ever. Dairy based and mostly vanilla flavoured it has generally been bought in a cone from fast food outlets . Some places with a larger machine offer chocolate or yoghurt
flavour as an alternative.

With the growing demand for low fat and dairy free treats, the Essential Brands Group has answered that need with a market first.

After 6 months of extensive research, product development and taste testing, FRUIZEE is being launched initially on the local market and internationally in 2012 .

A fruit flavoured soft serve that is non dairy based , FRUIZEE is virtually fat and cholesterol free and contains no gluten.

FRUIZEE is produced in Australia and comes in four flavours – mango , strawberry , tropical and wild berry.

In a powder form with long shelf life , it is simply mixed with water and poured into the exclusive retro look soft serve freezer that lightly freezes it before dispensing it into a cup or a cone.

The one or two flavour Italian manufactured soft serve freezer features rapid freeze down and recovery and has electronic controls to maintain the optimal product quality.

A feature of the Essential Brands Group’s product strategy is an integrated package of equipment, ingredients and promotional material supported by an enviable customer service infrastructure.

The company is targeting its new brand at foodservice outlets looking for a more health conscious , exclusive menu addition with the added advantage of a high profit margin product.
