It’s a Salsa’s right in a shipping container.
Salsa’s Fresh Mex Grill launched its first pop-up outlet on January 14 at the Australian Open at Grand Slam Oval.
A team of 20 people works 10am to 9pm each day of the Open.
Salsa’s Fresh Mex Grill general manager Brett Carman said, “We achieved sales 30% more than forecasts in the first three days of trade. Working on the response from customers so far, I expect we’ll serve 15,000 burritos in 14 days.”
