The production company was given the opportunity to access all areas for a period of one week.
The one-hour documentary follows the journey the food takes, from the Australian farmers who supply to McDonald’s up to the final menu items available in-restaurant.
Daryl Talbot, Executive Producer from the production company WTFN, said, “It’s a company that cops a lot of criticism, so to let an independent television production company put its business, processes and suppliers under the microscope took enormous corporate courage.”
The documentary will air on the Seven Network at 9:30pm on April 2.
