Boost Juice upgrades app, offers ordering without wait
A relaunch of its app-based online ordering and loyalty system.
Boost Juice adds in "Order Now" to its app, a feature which allows loyal customers to order their favourite Boost Juice from their smartphones and collect in store.
Integrated with the instore systems, the new app will pin point Boost Juice stores based on current location. Customers can simply select a store, choose a convenient time to collect (every 15 minutes) and pay for the order via the app using credit card, vibe cash, gift card or accrued points.
The app will also act as a Loyalty Card, which will offer a rewards scheme for loyal customers.
“We really wanted to find a way to integrate Boost Juice’s widely used loyalty card onto a smartphone. We also wanted to show that we were listening to our customers and responding to requirements that were important to them. Our customers don’t want to carry around a large number of loyalty cards these days, they want all their points stored securely in one place so they can access them with ease without the fear of misplacing a card which is exactly what our app offers. We’ve really looked at how people are using apps within the industry, what is popular, what isn’t and how we can make it really efficient. Now the technology has caught up to our ideas and we can start to really utilise it to benefit our customers,“ said Janine Allis, Founder of Boost Juice.
