QSR Media: How significant is the role of social media networks in your brand’s marketing and advertising?
Jimmy: Social media has been crucial in relaying the personality of the brand and in hearing and responding to what our customers have to say about us. This is helping us shape our marketing strategies for the future and also from an operational perspective in gauging customer satisfaction.
QSR Media: How has the response been for your campaigns launched in social media networks?
Jimmy: The response has been fantastic, exceeding our expectations and have outperformed our KPIs.
QSR Media: What inspired the two companies to start the “Create your ultimate experience” promotion?
Jimmy: We wanted to reward our community and choose a prize that best reflected the brand. We chose something that would give the winner the chance to create a prize they deemed to be of most value to them.
QSR Media: What is the main goal of this campaign?
Jimmy: We are currently in the build phase of our social media presence and are looking to grow our community for this campaign to help us maximize our reach and engagement with fans in the future.
