Find out which Quick Service Restaurant recorded the highest customer satisfaction in Canstar Blue’s latest survey.
Results from Canstar Blue’s latest customer satisfaction survey were drawn from the responses of over 2000 consumers who had purchased and consumed food from a Quick Service Restaurant, excluding pizza, in the last month.
According to Rebecca Logan of Canstar Blue, 54% of consumers surveyed had no trouble finding healthy options from Quick Service Restaurants with that figure rising to 65% for the Baby Boomer demographic.
Meanwhile 59% of respondents reported food from Quick Service Restaurants was ‘tasty and fresh’, one in four said they ate from a Quick Service outlets more than twice a week, and 28% said it was cheaper than eating at home.
Canstar Blue, a guide to product excellence as voted by customers, said the winner in the Quick Service Restaurant category was Subway, recording the highest customer satisfaction in the category ahead of McDonald’s, Hungry Jacks, KFC, Red Rooster, Nando’s, and Oporto.
