Gloria Jean’s Coffees revamps its kiosk in Melbourne Central

It is the first kiosk to incorporate its new Coffee House of the Future vision.

Gloria Jean’s Coffees revealed its latest kiosk design in Melbourne Central . The first kiosk to incorporate its new Coffee House of the Future vision, making it the biggest and most significant change to the brand in the company's history.

Melbourne Central kiosk boasts a sweep of new elements including a sleek interior design, characterised by a contemporary appearance, clean lines and quality finishes.

Gloria Jean’s Coffees Chief Executive Officer - Pacific, Gareth Pike said Melbourne Central was the first in the kiosk format to undergo the major branding overhaul, developed by global branding experts, JGA Incorporated, Immersed Marketing and Otto Design Interiors.

”This is the largest project undertaken by Gloria Jeanfs Coffees in the history of the brand. The opening of Melbourne Central is a significant milestone for Gloria Jeanfs Coffees as it paves the way for strong future growth by enhancing consumers love for Australia's largest specialty coffee company,” said Pike. ”Our new Coffee House of the Future vision sets our sights firmly on the future and will ensure Gloria Jean’s Coffees
remains at the cutting edge of the specialty coffee market,” he said.

Gloria Jean’s Coffees Head of Development, Damon Smith, said Gloria Jean’s Coffees plans to maintain its strong presence within the city of Melbourne and surrounding suburbs, allowing more Melbournians access to the Gloria Jean’s Coffees experience.

“We have a clear plan for growth in Victoria and we will realise this by staying true to our Coffee House of the Future vision and provide our guests with the most premium experience in unique and contemporary spaces.”

The fresh, new food menu caters to all occasions and needs, including breakfast, lunch and grab and go products for convenience and reflects seasonal trends with a focus on premium ingredients.

New team roles, with specialised Maitre’d, Baristas and Purveyors, provide knowledge and expertise at every touch point of the coffee house.

”The Coffee House of the Future vision is to deliver a great coffee experience to our guests, in a unique, contemporary environment. State-of-the art technology together with our new speciality team will ensure each guest receives an exceptional experience every time they visit,” said Pike.

Gloria Jean’s Coffees has more than 460 coffee houses throughout Australia and is set to open a further 40 new coffee houses within the next year incorporating the Coffee House of the Future.
