Domino's to find new home at Hamilton Harbour
Domino’s has secured 2,513 sqm of commercial office space across two of the building’s five levels for its new headquarters.
Construction is underway on the first building of Hamilton Harbour’s KSD commercial development, and it will open in late 2012.
Pat McMichael, Domino’s Chief Development Officer, said 140 staff will move to KSD in early 2013 from the company’s current Albion headquarters, with the new space providing additional room to grow.
“We are excited to be moving to a new office at Hamilton Harbour. Growth in our business has seen us bring key functions in-house and we need additional space and better amenities to cater for our employees,” explained McMichael.
KSD offers a total of 6,500 square metres of commercial space in a variety of flexible office configurations and 5,000 square metres of prime retail space.
“With close proximity to both Brisbane Airport and Brisbane CBD via Kingsford Smith Drive and the Brisbane River and the benefits of public transport and basement carparking for staff and customers, we hope to announce more new tenants for the precinct soon,” said Hamilton Harbour project director John Campbell.
