Sara Fakhraei, Marketing Manager of Noodle Box

QSR MEDIA: What makes you excited about your position?
Sara Fakhraei: I am excited about joining Noodle Box because it is a very well known brand. I know that my success within the company will be based on the objectives that has been set for me - so I am excited to be set the challenge to increase the frequency that our guests visit, and helping to improve restaurant profitability.
QSR MEDIA: What 3 goals are you focused on?
Fakhraei: My three goals today are: creating and implementing the best Practice POS System, maintaining and building upon the healthy relationships with Franchise Partners and my team in the Franchise Support Centre, and finally, constantly improving franchise partner communications.
QSR MEDIA: What long-term changes are you planning on?
Fakhraei: Although I have only been here a short while, at first glance the long-term changes I’d like to help bring about include enhancing our Loyalty Program. Noodle Box has a very large and loyal fan base, and there are a raft of measures we can apply to our Noodle Crew to both continue rewarding our fans but also enhancing the program so it delivers greater return to our franchise partners. This will be a the subject of a close strategic review.
QSR MEDIA: What are your key business philosophies?
Fakhraei: Fundamentally, business needs to answer to their customers. So Noodle Box answers to its guests. As a result, my philosophy is that every business should focus on producing high quality services and products, tailored for their customers. This also calls on a need to be flexible and nimble, changing products and services to reflect the needs of customers. That flexibility should also stretch across all of a business’ operations - we should continually challenge our own priorities, policies and rules. Staying nimble means staying relevant.
QSR MEDIA: What previous positions prepared you for this one and how?
Fakhraei: My experience is within franchise industry, and working closely with networks of franchise partners. I understand the need to ensure a business secures their trust and respect, so that the franchise operation works smoothly. I’ve held the role of Marketing Manager within franchise networks, so I feel prepared for rising to the challenge of delivering Noodle Box’s vision of being the first-choice noodle based QSR
