Vink:
- The successful integration of the new accounting platform.
- Providing analysis on store performances to improve Franchise Partner profitability.
- Implementing best practise principles for franchise management accounting.
QSR Media: What previous positions prepared you for this one and how?
Vink: I have been in the accounting profession since I graduated from university in 2006. I spent the first few years of my career in a chartered environment where I built up my accounting knowledge as well as the ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines. Since moving into the commercial sector in 2010, I have held various finance positions in both ASX listed and private companies, where my responsibilities have included a wide range of tasks from compliance, analysis to process improvement. These skills enabled me to work effectively with key stakeholders and senior management.
