Brent Nassibian, Brand Manager of Local Engagement at Red Rooster
On touching local communities, engagement and the power of influence.
QSR Media: What makes you excited about your position?
Brent Nassibian: Red Rooster is an amazing Australian brand with over 40 years of history. I joined the business three months ago in the middle of a brand re-launch, which gave me an amazing opportunity to contribute to the brand’s future.
Local store marketing is a key priority for Red Rooster moving forward so I'm creating local marketing campaigns that build our brand by touching the local communities. I love seeing Red Rooster businesses and store sales grow due to the success of local marketing initiatives.
QSR Media: What 3 goals are you focused on?
Nassibian: My goals are to:
- Help store owners and managers engage with local communities in a way that creates business growth
- Deeply understand the target markets of each of our stores and how to best engage them
- Continually inspire store managers and owners with innovative and effective local marketing initiatives
QSR Media: What long-term changes are you planning on?
Nassibian: We want to create initiatives that our competitors cannot compete with, that provide incremental growth from new customers.
QSR Media: What are your key business philosophies?
Nassibian: My personal business philosophy is to be the best I can be and to never stop improving.
QSR Media: What previous positions prepared you for this one and how?
Nassibian: With twelve years of marketing and brand management experience, I’ve worked with brands like Red Bull Energy Drink, Wonder and Yogurtland. These brands have taught me business acumen, creativity and the ability to influence key stakeholders.
