The chain topped in the Australia’s QSR and Casual Dining sector.

Subway surpassed all the other QSR competitors with a BrandIndex score of 31.2, ahead of Bakers Delight in second place with a score of 20.8, and Boost Juice in third place with a score of 15.3.

“Our mission is simple – delight every guest that walks through our doors so they want to tell their friends. We continue to deliver great value, fresh, delicious, made-to-order sandwiches with a smile every day, and the BrandIndex score win reflects this,” Miles added.

BrandIndex measures public perception of thousands of brands across dozens of sectors, interviewing thousands of consumers every day yielding over 2.5 million interviews a year both locally and internationally. The top five brands ranked in the Australian QSR Casual Dining sector are as follows: Subway, Baker’s Delight, Boost Juice, The Coffee Club, and Grill’d.
