Soul Origin launches new Spring range

It features three new salads and a Lamb panini.

The new salads include a Prosciutto Fig salad, Spinach Fettuccine and Quinoa Pomegranate with brown rice. The salads are launched with the new lamb panini.

Soul Origin’s CEO Chris Mavris said that the spring menu is ideal for Australians on the go who are looking for an alternative to traditional fast food options. “I am thrilled that Soul Origin is launching the new spring menu this month. The menu was inspired by light, fresh ingredients after a research tour to London and New York.”

“Our lifestyles are becoming increasingly busy and it is difficult to eat fresh every single day. At Soul Origin, we try to give our customers what they want. We serve a wide variety of options so throughout their busy week and have something different to try every day,” Mavris said.

Soul Origin’s nutritional consultant Lyndi Cohen said, “We’ve worked hard to develop a new range of salads and a panini that not only taste great, but offer a variety of food groups to suit the tastes of Soul Origin customers.”

Soul Origin’s new salads are hitting stores on September 12, and the new Lamb Panini will be served in stores on September 26.
