Track customer satisfaction without pressuring your diners using Ezisay

EziSay is an engagement tool fitted for quick service restaurants (QSRs) using a survey form. The survey, used to gather feedback from diners, can be accessed in two ways-- one is to type in a short web link into their mobile phone or by scanning a QR Code from their phone QR scan app.

The customers are then asked five questions (answering by choosing an emoticon), which the EziSay team only takes about 20 seconds to answer. The process also allows customers to be anonymous which plays a big role in encouraging diners to send in feedback, said Grant Bidois, Business Strategy, Senior Marketing Manager & Data, Loyalty and B2B Specialist at Ezisay.

"Anonymity allows candid and unfretted feedback. Customers feel more free to answer honestly if there is no fear of conflict. They are also more likely to engage with the brand outside of social media if there is an alternative that is a agile as Facebook or Twitter. Our product allows this."

Keeping the feedback process simple and allowing customers to be anonymous allow QSRs to gather more feedback, thus being able to translate accurate data.

"It takes a little over 20 seconds to capture the information. We also capture positive and negative sentiment from customers, allow the ability to upload photos, capture contact details including email addresses," explained Bidois.

Meanwhile, at the reporting end, EziSay delivers rolled up concise information in a format that is palatable for all levels of business. Adding, "we also capture product reviews, staff satisfaction and mystery shopper information across the entire fleet of stores. This allows objective targeting for training and improvement in the areas of dissatisfaction."
