Bulla Dairy Foods wins 'best new foodservice product' award
Bulla’s Dollop Cream Portions was recognised at the Fine Food Australia Show.
The annual awards celebrate excellence in the food industry, and this year had a record 250 products entered into the overall showcase, resulting in the biggest awards program held by Fine Food Australia to date.
Bulla’s Dollop Cream Portions was awarded for relevance and innovation in the ‘best new foodservice product’ category. The new product by Bulla Dairy Foods was launched in April 2012.
“The Fine Food Australia Show displays some of the finest and innovative products from around Australia and to be chosen as one of the best in the foodservice industry is a huge accomplishment,” said Scott Haywood, Commercial Marketing Manager from Bulla Dairy Foods.
The Dollop Cream Portions are packaged individual portions of dollop cream delivered frozen for extended shelf life, available from major foodservice distributors Australia wide.
