Zeus Street Greek launches mobile payment, loyalty app
All Zeus stores will offer their first 100 customers who download the application a free $10 credit.
The application, developed by Melbourne start up LOKE, will enable seamless mobile payments, allowing customers to pay with their phone at the counter by simply saying their name, give customers the ability to earn Zeus points on all purchases and be rewarded for their loyalty. Customers can also order ahead to avoid queues whilst generously being rewarded via a loyalty program and gaining access to exclusive products and experiences.
Costa Anastasiadis, co-founder of Zeus Street Greek said, “The app is focused around the customer, it will offer greater convenience, bespoke rewards and will feature our new loyalty program to make the Zeus family stronger.”
“We want to reward our customers for their loyalty. The app will enhance their Zeus experience, they will be able to earn points on all purchases, gain access to a range of offers and rewards they won’t be able to get anywhere else," he added.
Founder of LOKE Matthew Khoury said, “Our love and knowledge for the hospitality industry allows us to find pain points for the business and customer. Through this we are able to create and deliver technology that adds value and excitement to the customer experience.”
With sharing at the heart of Mediterranean dining, it was only natural for Zeus to seek out a better way to share their modern take on Greek street food with their loyal customers.
The features on the new app will allow customers to earn Zeus points on all purchases. With every $1 spent, customers will earn 1 Zeus point, and they can spend their points on a range of special offers. They can also order ahead for take away orders, order delivery, and be the first to know about exclusive offers and new menu items.
Zeus Street Greek’s app is free on Android’s Google Play and the Apple App Store from 1 November.
