Gelatissimo reaches 50 outlet milestone

Six more outlets are set to open before the end of the year.

Gelato chain Gelatissimo has opened a new outlet in Broadbeach QLD, marking the 50th location for the brand.

With an additional six stores set to open in 2024, Gelatissimo said it plans to continue this trajectory over the next five years, further solidifying its position as a leader in the gelato industry.

"Reaching 50 stores across Australia is a testament to Gelatissimo's unwavering commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Over the past two decades, we've evolved from our Italian-inspired roots to embrace a contemporary brand identity that better reflects our exceptional gelato offerings and enhances the customer experience,” CEO Braeden Lord said.

Pivotal to Gelatissimo’s success is the recent brand transformation, resulting in greater customer satisfaction, significant sales uplift, and accelerated store growth across the network.

Gelatissimo's strategic growth plan includes expanding into key markets such as metropolitan cities, coastal towns, and notably, Perth and regional Australia. This expansion not only caters to growing consumer demand but also strengthens Gelatissimo's position as a leader in the frozen desserts industry.

Currently, 80% of Gelatissimo’s outlets have implemented the new look.
