Consulting firm of Burgerlove co-founder inviting brands to join new cooperative

C51 Consulting aims to help restaurants increase their earning potential via delivery or take-out only virtual brands.

The consulting firm of Burgerlove co-founder Steve Agi is inviting Australian registered hospitality businesses to join their new foodservice cooperative.

In an announcement, C51 Consulting said it seeks to work with brands to re-negotiate deals with suppliers, distributors and service providers to drive down costs by “utilising the collective volume of our members.”

“Gain control of your largest expenses, cogs, packaging, utilities, bank fees, POS, tech, compliance & delivery partner commissions and fees,” the announcement read.

C51 Consulting also aims to help restaurants, hotel chains, cafes and local bars increase their earning potential by maximising customer reach via delivery or take-out only virtual brands, optimising under-utilised kitchen assets and labour.
