Coco Cubano's revamped menu boasts over 50 new drinks
Inspired by the colours and flavours of Cuba.
Coco Cubano Crows Nest, local Cuban cantina, has announced that the brand will be launching a wide-range of new menu items for the winter season. The Crows Nest outlet first opened its doors mid-October last year.
Owners, Bohdana and Andrew Clancy, expressed their excitement in the new ‘exotic’ menu, which will offer more authentic flavours of Cuba and a wider range of choices for the brand’s customers.
Coco Cubano will be introducing new breakfast dishes, tapas, meals from the kitchen, and sweet treats. Highlighted on the new menu are blueberry, chocolate and classic pancakes, mini pork and chicken sliders, breakfast bruschetta, burritos, rib eye and scotch fillet steaks and grilled salmon.
Along with this, the brand will also be introducing the new boutique Latin wine list with more than 15 different bottle varieties and more by-the-glass options.
Bohdana Clancy highlighted the La Vuelta range from Argentina, which starts at $8.90 for a glass of the Malbec, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc.
A new rum menu will also feature seven different specialty rums, which includes Ron Zacapa 23, Pyrat XO Reserve rum, Gosling Black Seal Rum, Pampero Anejo Especial Rum, Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum and Mount Gay Eclipse. The new rums are offered at $8.90, available by the glass.
In addition, Coco Cubano also developed their cocktail list, which now boasts more than 50 different types of cocktails.
